These Terms govern your use of the Reverie app and website operated by [Legal Company Name] ("Reverie", "we", "us"). By using Reverie you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least [13/16/18] to use Reverie.

2. The Service

Reverie provides audio stories, meditations, and interactive experiences. We may add, change, or remove content and features at any time. Reverie is for relaxation and entertainment and is not a medical or therapeutic device.

3. Subscriptions & purchases

Some features (including the Detective tier) are paid. Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account. Refunds are handled per the applicable store's policy.

4. Intellectual property

All stories, audio, branding, and software are owned by Reverie or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use them within the app. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no reverse-engineering, scraping, reselling, or attempts to disrupt or access it without authorisation.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Reverie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. [Insert jurisdiction-specific liability cap and language with legal counsel.]

7. Termination
